Nocturnum

A film that focuses on the soul of spaces, the remnants left by the presence of humans in those places and the lives they both lived.

Based on the poems from José Anjos in “Somos contemporâneos do Impossível” with notes from myself, I sought to inverse the roles of sound and image giving the former the narration role while the latter sets the atmosphere.

A video essay on human gestures as a form of communication and the hands that talk through them.

MÃO

A short film about the hand and its movement in cinema. Dispelled by colour, the hand moves and drives their owners almost as a owner itself.
